I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were on the small side, but they were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the subtle citrus scent in the room. The service was exceptional with polite and helpful staff who made sure everything was perfect. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Waterloo station and close to many attractions. The dining experience was good with a variety of options, although a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for money.
